User Agreement

This Agreement governs the use of the site edupathhu.com and its materials.
1. Site administration
The administrator and rights holder of the EduPath Hungary project is UNIVERSUM PROJECT E.A.C., Republic of Paraguay, Alberdi esquina Oliva, B° Catedral, Asunción; Registro de Comercio No. 4194; RUC 80130547; info@edupathHU.com.
2. Purpose of the site
The site contains reference information about education routes, universities in Hungary, admission, student residence permits, settling in, and EduPath’s services. The materials do not constitute individual advice, a guarantee of admission, or an official decision of a university, consulate, or government authority.
3. Forms and enquiries
The user agrees to provide accurate information and not to submit another person’s personal data through the form without a lawful basis for doing so. Submitting an application is not a payment, a booking of time, or the conclusion of a contract. The team contacts the user after reviewing availability and the content of the request.
4. User rights
Users may review the site’s materials, submit an application, ask questions, request correction of their data, and stop using the site.
5. Prohibited actions
It is prohibited to attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security measures, transmit malicious code, automatically harvest content without permission, impersonate another person, or use the site’s materials for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
Text, structure, the visual system, the mark, images, and other materials belong to the Administration or are used on a lawful basis. Copying and commercial use without written permission are prohibited, except as permitted by applicable law.
7. External links
The site may link to universities, government authorities, and other external resources. The Administration does not control their content, availability, or data-processing practices.
8. Limitation of liability
The Administration seeks to keep information up to date, but requirements, fees, timelines, and programmes may change. Users should verify critical conditions against official sources and within their individual route. The Administration is not liable for third-party decisions, disruptions to external services, or actions taken without an agreed consultation.
9. Personal data and cookies
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, the Consent to Personal Data Processing, and the Cookie Policy published on the site.
10. Changes to this Agreement
The Administration may update this document. The new version takes effect upon publication, with the update date shown.
11. Governing law
The law of the Republic of Paraguay applies, subject to any mandatory rules that may apply to a specific user.
