Terms of Service
Last updated 17 August 2026
These Terms govern how UNIVERSUM PROJECT E.A.C. delivers services under the EduPath Hungary project. Submitting an application is a request to be contacted and for a preliminary assessment — it is not a payment and does not automatically create a contract.
1. Provider
UNIVERSUM PROJECT E.A.C., Republic of Paraguay, Alberdi esquina Oliva, B° Catedral, Asunción; Registro de Comercio No. 4194; RUC 80130547; info@edupathHU.com. Hungary address: Hajós utca 19.
2. Services
2.1. A one-off consultation and written route plan — €90, a one-time fee. Concrete deliverable: a written, personal route covering stages, documents, and next steps.
2.2. Full admission support — €2,360, a one-time fee. This scope covers agreed actions from route and document preparation through to the outcome of the admission stage. The decision rests with the university, so a positive admission outcome is not guaranteed.
2.3. Post-admission mentorship — €1,350 per month. This is a subscription service billed monthly for an agreed support period. The mentor helps with everyday, administrative, and organisational matters and supports the student; decisions and actions remain the student’s own. The mentor may be replaced by another EduPath specialist if the current mentor’s study or work load no longer allows the required quality and speed of support to be maintained.
3. Visa and student residence permit
If the chosen paid route (outside a scholarship programme) requires a visa or separate arrangement of a student residence permit, support for this is a separate service agreed independently. EduPath does not guarantee the decision of a consulate or migration authority.
4. Official and third-party costs
Government fees, university fees, translations, legalisation, insurance, consular and visa costs, accommodation, transport, and other third-party services are paid separately, unless expressly stated otherwise in an individual proposal.
5. Application and agreement
The client submits an application via the site, email, or an agreed messaging channel. The team reviews the request and available time, then confirms the format, scope, timeline, and price. Arrangements may be recorded in a contract, invoice, addendum, or correspondence.
6. Payment
The EduPath site does not accept payment. Payment details and procedure are provided only after the application has been reviewed and terms confirmed. Payment signifies agreement with the confirmed scope of service but does not replace any special documents required under applicable law.
7. Client obligations
The client provides accurate and timely information, documents, and feedback; meets university and authority deadlines; independently makes decisions on programme choice; and pays official and third-party costs.
8. Engaging third parties
The Provider may engage coordinators, translators, lawyers, and other specialists while remaining responsible for the agreed scope of its own services. Universities, consulates, migration authorities, insurers, and other independent organisations are not under the Provider’s control.
9. Timelines and outcome
Timelines depend on the completeness of client data, the university’s calendar, and the work of government bodies and third parties. EduPath commits to acting in good faith and informing the client of material changes, but does not guarantee admission, a scholarship, a visa, a residence permit, or a fixed decision timeline.
10. Cancellation and refunds
Terms for rescheduling a consultation, ending support, and refunds are set out in the individual contract and based on the scope actually delivered. A refund can only relate to the part of the service not yet delivered, less confirmed costs; fully delivered services are not refundable.
11. Personal data and confidentiality
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. The client’s documents and information are used only for agreed purposes and may be shared with necessary providers and institutions within the relevant stage.
12. Governing law and disputes
The relationship with the Provider is governed by the law of the Republic of Paraguay, unless mandatory rules of the client’s country of residence require otherwise. The parties first seek to resolve any dispute through negotiation; failing that, the dispute is referred to the competent authority under applicable law.
