Consent to the Processingof Personal Data

By submitting an application through the EduPath Hungary site, the user freely, of their own will, and in their own interest gives UNIVERSUM PROJECT E.A.C. consent to process personal data on the following terms.
1. Controller
UNIVERSUM PROJECT E.A.C., Republic of Paraguay, Alberdi esquina Oliva, B° Catedral, Asunción; Registro de Comercio No. 4194; RUC 80130547; info@edupathHU.com. Hungary address: Hajós utca 19.
2. Data
The user’s name and contact details; the role of the person reaching out; the prospective student’s name and age; citizenship and country of residence; education and graduation year; language level and certificate details; the desired intake year and cycle; fields of interest; family goals, an indicative budget, and other information voluntarily entered into the form or shared in further correspondence.
3. Purposes
Receiving and reviewing the application; providing feedback; determining available consultation time; a preliminary route assessment; preparing a service proposal; entering into and performing a contract; admission support and mentorship; and meeting mandatory legal requirements.
4. Operations performed on the data
Collection, recording, organisation, storage, clarification, use, disclosure to authorised staff and contractors to the necessary extent, anonymisation, restriction, and deletion — whether by automated means or otherwise.
5. Minors
Where the data relates to a person under 18, consent is given by a parent or other legal representative entitled to act in their interest.
6. Duration
This consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, mandatory retention periods expire, or the consent is withdrawn — unless continued retention is required by law or for contract performance.
7. Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn by writing to info@edupathHU.com with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent — EduPath Hungary". The Controller will stop processing and delete the data within the applicable period, except where retention is mandatory or permitted by law.
8. Confirmation
The user confirms that the information provided is accurate, that they have read the Privacy Policy, and that they understand: submitting an application is not a payment, does not guarantee available consultation time, and does not amount to the automatic conclusion of a contract.
